This high profile and prestigious project was undertaken in partnership with
the University of Wales Bangor's Library Service, Linc Y Gogledd was a initiative
to link the libraries in North Wales, so that users of one public libary could
have access to books in another.
Accessibility was the main aim with this site, both in terms of cross browser
compatibility and accessibility to all users. With that in mind, we created three
designs: a "default" layout you see when you enter the site, a plain text layout
designed for older browsers with only basic formatting, and a high contrast site
designed for people with poor vision. We also included a Welsh-Language translation
of the site with similar formatting options.
Also, the whole site is CSS and XHTML compliant
